Angela Evelyn Bassett has been an American actor since the late 1980s. Angela Evelyn Bassett is an American actor. Bassett was brought up by her aunt in Winston-Salem North Carolina. She was born and raised in New York New York. The mother of Bassett had divorced from her father when she was approximately five. Bassett and her younger sister then relocated to St. Petersburg Florida with their mother. In high school, Bassett saw John Steinbeck's play Of Mice and Men starring James Earl Jones and decided she would like to be an actor. After graduating at Yale University New Haven Connecticut in 1980, with the Bachelor's degree with a major in African American Studies, she was able to obtain the Master's degree (1983) from the Yale School of Drama. Courtney B. Vance was also an actor at Yale. The couple got married in 1997. Qualification: B.A. degree in African-American studies, 1980, Master in Fine Arts degree from the Yale School of Drama School: Jordan Park Elementary School Disston Middle School (seventh grade) Azalea Middle School (eighth and ninth grades) Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett currently works in one of her main parts, Ramonda, in the action adventure film i.e. Black Panther Wakanda forever 2022.
